FruitsFruits Contain different combinations of nutrients, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants of great benefit for the body in general and very important for skin when especially suffering from Vitiligo disease as one is deficient of melanocytes. They are a good source to help re-produce melanin (pigments). Blue berries (people have different opinions), rasp berries, pears, cherries, banana, pineapple, apple, mangoes, apricots, grapes, papaya, amaranth are very much recommendable to be included in your diet especially if you are a Vitiligo sufferer and undergoing Vitiligo treatment.(avoid citrus fruits as it works as an obstacle to treat Vitiligo)
Prefer Oils of Olive/vegetable, pure ghee obtained from butter (the best) and mustard oil as it is helpful to cure Vitiligo at a very fast rate.
