Universal Vitiligo
Vitiligo is generally believed to be the disability of our immune system which results in White patches when a part of body stop producing melanin or destroying melanocytes without any obvious cause. And currently there is no way to halt this process.
Vitiligo is further categorized into universal Vitiligo also known as Vitiligo totalis which is very obvious from its name as it is the total spread if Vitiligo disease or white patches on the body. While suffering from Universal Vitiligo (Vitiligo totalis). The pigment is usually lost from entire body surface except a few small islands of normally pigmented skin. This Vitiligo has been in spotlight for quite along time as Michael Jackson a well known artist all around the world suffered it. It was first misconception that he used to bleach his body as to change his color but than with passage of time it was evidently clear that it was nothing more than Universal Vitiligo.
